Important Reminders and Notes for Theater Arts Staff:


Meetings:
       
            Meeting 1: Wednesday June 18  Location TBD
                6-7PM:  Outline of the shows, going over the scripts
                7-8PM:  (For new staff, though returning staff are welcome to stay):  Watch a DVD of previous Theater Arts Performances to get a better sense of the shows

            Meeting 2:  Thursday, June 26th   Lincoln School Music Room
                  1-3PM:  Logistics, Getting to Know Each other, Scheduling, Theater Arts Overview, Establishing Some Common Rules/Procedures for the  Children --Creating A Positive Atmosphere           
        3PM:  Tour of the Lincoln School (for new teachers)
  Additional one on one meetings to go over individual class curriculum can be set up as needed during May and June.
